What surprised me the most about these onion pickles was how mild the onion flavor was. No harsh onion bite and the random bits of onion packed with the brine was almost sweet.
These pickles are really delicious. I enjoy them whenever I need just a little something extra.
Like to slice about 1/2 a pickle and eat with chunks of cheese as a satisfying snack - or great with a sandwich - who needs potato chips?
Not quite at the high esteemed level of the garlics, but these are really good & completely unusual (not in a novelty way). Really haven't had anything like them. If these are 5 stars, the garlics are 5.6.
