We don't really love the word "policy." If you're unsatisfied and take the time to contact us about it, we'll pretty much follow your lead in resolving the matter, to the best of our ability. Requesting a refund? Consider it done. Prefer replacement product? No problem. Have suggestions for improvement? Thank you for your thoughts, please tell us.
