Check out these ingredients: napa cabbage, collard greens, kale, oranges, carrots, scallions, green peppers, garlic, apples, sea salt, rice wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, spices. (There is typically no vinegar in lacto-fermented items. The rice wine vinegar in our Garden Kimchi is in a small amount that does not affect the ferment with acidity.)This product is raw & unpasteurized, lacto-fermented in salt water brine, and contains no sugar.
