Ingredients

  • 1 banana, preferably frozen but not necessary 

  • ½ c frozen avocado chunks

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter (or any nut butter) 

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 

  • ¾ to 1 c milk (your favorite milk/milk alternative) 

Chocolate lovers, this one's for you. Creamy avocado + banana + nut butter gives this smoothie a rich texture that satisfies sweet cravings and fills you up. Instructions

  1. Blend together the banana, avocado chunks, and your milk of choice until smooth. 

  2. Add in the protein powder, nut butter, and LiveBrine pickle juice. The pickle juice balances the sweetness of the banana and chocolate — think salty-sweet perfection. 

  3. Blend again until fully combined. Adjust milk if you want it to be thinner.
