"So yes, these are pretty much the best pickles I've ever tasted in my life. That however, pales in comparison to the fact that these ferments have changed my life by significantly reducing acid reflux symptoms. My gut issues were getting unbearable, and I swear the very first night I had my very first fermented pickle, my stomach started making noises, and I started feeling relief!
