Refund Policy


RETURN/REFUND POLICY

For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable. If we’ve shipped the incorrect item or if there is a verifiable defect, we’ll issue a refund, grant a store credit or send replacements, depending on the situation. 

We do not refund or replace items that arrive warm or puffy as that is normal and safe for fermented foods.

We do not give refunds for not liking the taste of the product. We cover defects in the product or within a shipment, but we don’t offer a blanket money back or satisfaction guarantee.

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. Allow 7-10 business days for the full refund amount to post back to your account.

CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please contact hello@olivemypickle.com as soon as possible. Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make edits or cancel your order. We are happy to make any edits/cancellations up until your package ships! Please never hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. 

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We will refund/replace any orders that are covered with Package Protection and present a valid issue with delivery and/or quality.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.  Please provide photos of the damage when you contact us. As the shipper, we will handle filing any claims necessary with the carrier.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Olive My Pickle.  Undeliverable packages are treated similar to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. The e-gift card is sent to the purchaser (you), who then forwards it to the recipient whenever you would like them to receive it.

  • No refunds or exchanges on gift cards.
  • Olive My Pickle Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees.
  • Redeemable towards any Olive My Pickle products online.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS/REFUNDS

If you purchased an Olive My Pickle product at a local retail store, and you are not fully satisfied, please return your product directly with the store that it was purchased from.
