CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, please contact hello@olivemypickle as soon as possible. We ship orders within 1 to 3 days of receipt. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel and refund your order.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please, save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items. We, as the shipper, will handle filing any claims necessary with the carrier.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged the full shipping costs, including return shipping charges to Olive My Pickle. Undeliverable packages are treated similar to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.
If you have given us an incorrect address at the time of ordering, we will reship the order at your expense.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. The e-gift card is sent to the purchaser (you), who then forwards it to the recipient whenever you would like them to receive it.
- No refunds or exchanges on gift cards.
- Olive My Pickle Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees.
- Redeemable towards any Olive My Pickle products online.
- Not redeemable at farmer’s markets, but can be used for Local Pickup.
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you purchased an Olive My Pickle product at a local retail store, and you are not fully satisfied, please return your product directly with the store that it was purchased from. Even though we can not physically accept the return, or issue a refund, we would still like to know if you have experienced an issue with any Olive My Pickle product. If you had a less than satisfactory experience, please email our Customer Happiness Team at hello@olivemypickle and we will alert our QA Manager.
