Delish!! Loved having a few chunks with plain rice, or as a side in any dish. I had mine with sausages, and one time with salmon. I don't like too much of the spicy stuff, so one bag lasts a long time! Of course, the other bag I bought disappeared quickly cause the wife LOVES kimchi. This is by far the best tasting kimchi ever. It has a lovely ginger flavor that I love. It’s not too spicy and that makes it so easy to munch on!!
