3 Tips for Eating Ferments

  • Eat ferments three times a day as snacks or with meals, every day. The key is consistent introduction of outside probiotics to your resident microbiome.
  • Consume an abundant variety of different plant-based ferments. Your microbiome thrives on exposure to this diversity.

How To Enjoy

Eat ferments every day, 3 times a day, as snacks or with meals.

Breakfast

Scramble or fry up 2 - 3 whole eggs in butter, ghee or coconut oil, along with some spinach. Enjoy with kimchi or kraut on the side.

Lunch

Toss a salad with mixed greens, avocado, veggies, raw seeds and a generous pour of extra virgin olive oil. Top with a serving of kraut along with the brine, no salad dressing necessary.

Dinner

Pick your protein and saute a large portion (half a plate) of greens - kale, chard or spinach with garlic, coconut oil and sea salt. Pickle on the side.

    Most delicious kimchi ever!

    I have tried many different brands of kimchi, as well as authentic Korean kimchi. Olive my Pickle’s kimchi stands out from all the rest!! I especially enjoy the flavor and texture, but also am very appreciative of the healthy ingredients.

    Nice Kimchi - spicy, but not overwhelming

    A very nice Kimchi that goes well as a side dish or ingredient that makes all the difference when added to a sandwich or tortilla roll up.

    A yummy spicy way to get those good gut probiotics!!!

    Delish!! Loved having a few chunks with plain rice, or as a side in any dish. I had mine with sausages, and one time with salmon. I don't like too much of the spicy stuff, so one bag lasts a long time! Of course, the other bag I bought disappeared quickly cause the wife LOVES kimchi. Grab a couple bags on a subscription, you'll thank me later.
