I made a yummy gut healthy salad !! I used some Spicy string beans, one garlic pickle sliced, and some cucumber kimchi ! I put it over some lettuce and added some shaved goat cheddar cheese !!
Olive My Pickles’ products are my new go-to snack! I have thoroughly enjoyed the Kosher Dill Pickles, Carrot + Dill Kraut and Butter Olives. I love to add chopped Butter Olives to some whole grain Sorghum tossed with a little olive oil. I believe eating your fermented products for the last week has turned my health around.
