    Locally Sourced

    We source most of our vegetables from local farms. That means just a day or two between harvest and fermentation. This preserves phytonutrients and creates a more nutritious product.

    Salt Water Brine

    We use mineral-rich, pure and unrefined Mediterranean sea salt. It’s non-iodized and contains no caking agents or added preservatives.

    Zero Vinegar or Sugar

    Pickles containing vinegar or sugar are not lactic acid fermented and therefore are not a probiotic, gut-healthy pickle. Period.

    Love love love!!!!!!!

    I love sauerkraut in general, but this fresh fermented sauerkraut is … Sooooooooooooo Much better! So light and fresh great on sandwiches, in my salads and even as a side to a cup of cottage cheese! I could eat this nonstop! I also love it with my steak as a side! Makes everything better and simply tastes delicious! Highly recommend and it is so much better than any other sauerkraut I have ever had!

    Wow! Surprising sweet notes!

    Have not had a great ginger kraut but this one is perfectly tart, sweet, and briney! My photo has lots of fermented things but this is obvious the pink one!

    Calms the stomach

    I am on a calorie deficit life journey. Many times my stomach just doesn’t feel well. A fork full or two calms not only my stomach but any cravings I might be having. The bold flavor is great and welcome distraction from what can be a bland diet.
