I am a huge pickle lover, so I knew that I’d love the pickles and brine. What I did not expect is to love the kimchi that I purchased for my boyfriend. Kimchi is fine, I don’t really do cartwheels over it either way. But the fermented kimchi is amazing! So delicious and spicy! (I’m a spice wuss, so if you like spicy things, this will probably be a mild heat for you.) definitely going to reorder this one. I love everything else I have tried so far but this was a surprise standout!
I made a beautiful kimchi stew last night with it, so delicious. Also I found during the recent unbearable heat waves that it is very refreshing to eat a little of this kimchi!

I have tried many different brands of kimchi, as well as authentic Korean kimchi. Olive my Pickle’s kimchi stands out from all the rest!! I especially enjoy the flavor and texture, but also am very appreciative of the healthy ingredients.
I've been eating this cucumber kimchi for almost 3 weeks daily on an empty stomach. Its definitely doing its job. I can no longer use typical probiotics because of a health condition but if I dont get them I get infections and have digestive issues. So after research I've discovered kimchi is much suited for my health. Cucumber is much more tolerated than cabbage so this is just what I need. I love the taste and everything about this formula.
I like this Kimchi, a little spicy for me but thats ok. Try to eat some each day.
