    Locally Sourced

    We source most of our vegetables from local farms. That means just a day or two between harvest and fermentation. This preserves phytonutrients and creates a more nutritious product.

    Salt Water Brine

    We use mineral-rich, pure and unrefined Mediterranean sea salt. It’s non-iodized and contains no caking agents or added preservatives.

    Zero Vinegar or Sugar

    Pickles containing vinegar or sugar are not lactic acid fermented and therefore are not a probiotic, gut-healthy pickle. Period.

    My favorite snack

    I love eating a few of these for a snack. They're crunchy and very tasty! I would love to have a bag of the onions that float around in the bag, those are the best part when I finish a bag!!

    A delicious surprise!

    I have lived in the south for 40+ years. I love most southern cuisine but not okra. I have so enjoyed so many of Olive My Pickle products , that I decided to try the okra. My wife chopped the okra and mixed it with tomatoes, mozzarella, and some salad dressing. To say that the salad was slimy is an understatement. I was very disappointed. On a whim, I decided to try the okra straight out of the bag, and I was blown away by the taste. It was crisp. It snapped when you bid into it, and the flavor was delicious. Now I included in every charcuterie board I make.

    I love this vegetable medley! I toss it in my salads eat it with a spoon and decorate my bloody Mary’s with it. The juice makes a great salad dressing as well. Bon appétit.
