Pickles containing vinegar or sugar are not lactic-acid fermented and are therefore not a probiotic, gut-healthy pickle. Period.
Some call it ‘wild fermentation’ because it creates an abundant growth of natural, live probiotics. Pasteurization would kill these live cultures, so we don’t do it.

Olive My Pickles’ products are my new go-to snack! I have thoroughly enjoyed the Kosher Dill Pickles, Carrot + Dill Kraut and Butter Olives. I love to add chopped Butter Olives to some whole grain Sorghum tossed with a little olive oil. I believe eating your fermented products for the last week has turned my health around. I thank you, from the bottom of my gut! Just ordered more today so I can keep eating fiber, fermented food and fat 3x a day!
I have always had digestion issues. Over the years I have done my research to find natural ways to aide my issues. I have been eating fermented foods for years.
