Just a picture to add to my previous review. I have been making this beauty every morning for the last few months. The Spicy kraut just brings it all together. The brine is a great shot in the mornings, as well.

I really enjoy this Kraut. It is delicious. I bought it just to try and thought that the advertisement for Olive My Pickle showed me that they know their fermentation process. I have enjoyed this Kraut with many meals and I can tell that it has improved my gastrointestinal health. I have a will recommend this to my friends and family.
I love every product that I have tried from this company, so far! The Hot & Spicy Kraut is flavorful with just enough kick to not being overly spicy. With the absence of vinegar, it has an even taste and no usual stink of store bought kraut.
I enjoy it best topped my on toast with turkey bacon and an over easy egg. So yummy!
