What surprised me the most about these onion pickles was how mild the onion flavor was. No harsh onion bite and the random bits of onion packed with the brine was almost sweet.
These are my favorite! I use them any time of the day or night. They have helped curbed cravings as I embrace a weight loss diet.
They are the most palatable for me. I am unusual in that I have a food sensitivity to garlic so Kosher and the items with stronger seasoning don't work. I know that these seem to have some garlic flavor but not as strong as others. If you could make some items with out the garlic, I would enjoy it. Thank you
I was worried this pickle might be soft. Nope. Just the opposite. A very great pickle. Not sure I tasted "onion", but nevertheless, a great pickle.
Tried these Onion fermented pickles for the first time and absolutely delicious! Definitely buy again and love these for my snack!
