What surprised me the most about these onion pickles was how mild the onion flavor was. No harsh onion bite and the random bits of onion packed with the brine was almost sweet.
This probably my favorite flavor so far. You get a lot more than I expected when I saw the bag. Great flavor and after a few days of eating fermented foods my body began to crave more.
