Ingredients

  • One box farfalle (a.k.a. bowtie pasta). We chose Jovial Gluten Free.

  • ½ cup mixed cherry or summer tomatoes, sliced in half or cubed

  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained

  • 3/4 cup chopped Olive My Pickle Veggie Medley, optional

  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives

  • 4 oz. salad dressing

Preparing the Pasta Salad

  1. Boil pasta according to box directions, drain & rinse with cold water.

  2. Add pasta to a large bowl, add dressing to coat noodles and mix.

  3. Slice olives and tomatoes in half, add to bowl.

  4. Add 1 can artichoke hearts.

  5. Add Veggie Medley.

  6. Toss with dressing and serve!
