Instructions
Open the bag of sauerkraut and strain the brine. We recommend saving it for later for drinking or making dressings!
Next, place the sauerkraut in a medium-sized bowl.
Cut the carrots into julienne strips and add them into the bowl. Core and dice the apples and red onions and add to the bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil and 1-2 TBSP of the brine from the sauerkraut into the bowl.
Toss all ingredients together and enjoy!
