I usually buy Mezzetta garlic stuffed olives, but they make my legs swell, so I bought the fermented garlic stuffed olives in hopes I wouldn't have that reaction. So far, so good. A definite improvement. But, once again, with every recipe, comes variations, and I'm not yet used to the difference in taste. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Over time, I'll get used to the difference, and stop expecting the flavor of the other brand, then I'll be able to give these 5 stars.
