The pinwheels are fun for the whole family and can be a good option for packing lunches for both adults and kids! They’re super easy to prep ahead, slice, and serve chilled. Plus, the brine and dill combo? It gives that mouth-watering flavor your taste buds didn’t know they needed.
Instructions
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, pickle brine, chopped garlic fermented pickles, scallions, and fresh dill until smooth and creamy.
Lay tortillas flat and spread a generous layer of the pickle-cream cheese mixture, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top.
Roll each tortilla up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help them set.
Once chilled, unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
Arrange it on a platter and sprinkle with more dill if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy cold and crunchy!
