Instructions

  1. Cut up your ingredients – mozzarella and salami as cubes, pickles as coins, and fermented garlic finely chopped. 

  2. Add all ingredients to a large mason jar (or a large bowl). 

  3. Let it marinate in the fridge or serve immediately.
