  • 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted (or GF cracker, sourdough toast, or bell pepper slices) 

  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese  

  • For garnish: Extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and fresh parsley 

This bright and savory crostini stars our Muffuletta Olive Mix – a medley of chopped, fermented olives, fresh herbs, garlic, and crunchy veggies. Layered over creamy goat cheese and crisp toast, it’s the perfect balance of zesty, savory, creamy and crunchy.

We did serve this on a toasted French baguette slice in our photos (hello, crunch), but we’re all about keeping things gut-healthy and flexible. You can swap in your favorite GF cracker, sourdough toast, or even a fresh bell pepper slice for a low-carb, fiber-rich option. Either way, it’s an irresistible snack that will be your new favorite go-to!

Instructions

  1. Slice your baguette and toast to golden perfection or prep your cracker or veggie base of choice. 

  2. Spread a layer of soft goat cheese onto each toast or cracker. 

  3. Top generously with OMP Muffuletta Olive Mix. 

  4. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. 

  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately!
