4 heirloom tomatoes

4 oz. burrata cheese ball

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

¼ tsp fresh cracked sea salt

Dill Pickle and Burrata Salad is simple to prepare and bursting with flavor! We added FROZEN fermented pickles for an extra savory boost and probiotics. Freezing the pickles allows you to easily grate them on top of the burrata for a uniform texture. Deliciously cool and creamy, this fresh take on the classic caprese salad is easy to whip together and makes for the perfect entertaining appetizer.
Instructions
Freeze the pickle for 4 hours or overnight.
Cut heirloom tomatoes into ½ inch slices and assemble on a serving dish.
Tear apart the burrata ball into large chunks and layer on top of the heirloom tomatoes.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top of tomatoes and burrata and top with fresh cracked sea salt to bring out the juices and flavor from the tomatoes.
Using a hand grater or zester, grate the frozen pickles over top of the tomatoes and burrata.
Serve and enjoy!
