Gut Friendly Pasta Salad Recipe



  • One box farfalle (a.k.a. bowtie pasta). We chose Jovial Gluten Free pasta - cooked al dente in boiling water
  • ½ cup mixed cherry or heirloom tomatoes, sliced in half

  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • 4 oz. salad dressing - see below

  • Optional: fresh basil or fresh cilantro as garnish

Looking for a healthy refreshing pasta dish to share with family and friends?  This pasta salad is a go to side dish, great for gathering and cookouts, that can easily be converted to a meal. Packed with probiotics and flavor so you don't have to ever feel guilty for sharing. 



  1. Boil pasta according to box directions, drain & rinse with cold water.
  2. Place cooked pasta in a large bowl, add dressing to coat noodles and mix.
  3. Slice olives and cherry tomatoes in half, add to bowl.
  4. Add 1 can artichoke hearts.
  5. Add in chopped OMP Veggie Medley.

  6. Toss with dressing and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge, this salad is best served cold.
